ALBERTA - MANAGER - ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING A strong background in the electrical
design of commercial and industrial buildings is preferred. The successful candidate will possess the following skills,
knowledge and experience: An undergraduate degree from a recognized engineering program in Canada. Currently possess
a professional engineering (P.Eng.) designation in Alberta with a minimum of 10 years of building design experience. Previous
project management and staff management experience with emphasis on excellent team building abilities and leadership skills. Demonstrated experience in the design of electrical building power systems. Experience in the art and science of lighting
systems design and lighting controls. Experience with design of building low-tension electrical systems such as; fire
alarm and control; telecommunications cabling infrastructure; security and access control. Leed® accreditation is
an asset as well as a fundamental interest and experience in sustainable design. Knowledge of Building Code, Electrical
Safety Code, and IEEE Standards, CSA Standards and Codes as they would relate to building infrastructure. A high skill
level in conducting site investigations, construction reviews, specification writing, and report presentation. Possess
excellent communication skills, including advanced writing skill sets. Apply
